This 4-course spread is available as a dine-in option or as a pre-order option to pick up and reheat at home. All items are vegan and gluten-free (no substitutions).

Beverage pairing for two: $45

Each meal is generously portioned for two people.

 

STARTER VGF Buckwheat savory crackers with butternut pate, beet-pepper jam, avocado-pumpkin seed scallion pistou and vegan creme fraiche (vegan & gluten-free)

SALAD Winter greens, watermelon radish, and chilled green beans in a creamy sesame dressing (vegan & gluten-free) 

ENTREE Artichoke croquettes with spiced lemongrass sauce, gingered kabocha smash, grilled chayote squash with beluga lentils & maitake mushrooms, pickled starfruit and blood orange (vegan & gluten-free)

DESSERT Chocolate Tower for Two: Theo’s chocolate mousse on a graham crust enrobed in dark chocolate ganache, with raspberry coulis and coconut whip. It’s accompanied by heart-shaped buckwheat shortbread, chocolate mendiants, and passion fruit pate de fruit.  (vegan & gluten-free)
