Heirloom Potato and Celery Root Soup | Heat in a saucepan on medium high, stirring frequently, until simmering. Portion into a bowl and drizzle black garlic sauce.

Autumn Vegetable Filled Puff Pastry | Preheat oven to 350°. Remove the lid and bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°.

Porcini Sauce | Heat in a saucepan on medium high, stirring frequently, until simmering. Place sauce down on a plate first then add warmed puff pastry.

Menu B (vegan & gluten-free) – Soup and Entree

Berbere Lentil | Heat in a saucepan on medium high, stirring frequently, until simmering. Portion into a bowl and add a dollop of cilantro crema.)

Pumpkin Risotto Cakes | Preheat oven to 350°. Remove the lid and bake for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°.

Carrot Sauce | Heat in a saucepan on medium high, stirring frequently, until simmering. Place sauce down on a plate first then add warmed risotto cakes.
