STARTER: Rhubarb ginger scones served with strawberry jam & a medley of fresh fruit 

SALAD: Moroccan roasted carrot and arugula salad with a preserved lemon vinaigrette

ENTREE: Spring Mushroom & Asparagus Quiche – asparagus, mushrooms, tarragon & chèvre in a rich custard baked in a flaky butter crust & topped with pickled mustard seed

DESSERT: Dark chocolate mousse topped with fresh raspberries and cookies crumbles
