Our motives are simple: to establish a friendly, community-based vegetarian restaurant that could stand as a model business in tending to the health of the planet while introducing superb non-meat dishes that utilize local, organic and sustainable produce.
Since opening its doors, Cafe Flora has been at the forefront of building strong, direct relationships with Washington farms. Now with Floret in SeaTac and The Flora Bakehouse at its side, these three culinary teams produce imaginative and dynamic vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free cuisine throughout Seattle.
