Root vegetable latke topped w/ grilled portabella mushroom, a Stiebrs Farm poached duck egg & hollandaise. Served w/ a salad of shaved asparagus, fire roasted peppers, snow peas, tarragon and preserved lemon. (gluten free)

 St. Germaine macerated strawberries, espresso cream, whipped honey mascarpone (available vegan)
