         on Saturday Feb 14th from 5-10PM

Valentine’s Day Menu 

 

First

Breaded fried artichoke, lemon-herbed marrow bean pate,  

romesco sauce,  micro greens

 (vegan and gluten free)

 

Second
Vibrant pommelo and cara cara orange

seared fennel, watercress, pomegranate and fresh beet

 in a spiced orange blossom dressing  (vegan and gluten free)

 

Third

 

Wild mushroom ravioli, truffle scented cauliflower

toasted pine nuts, roasted leek sauce and asparagus

(available vegan and available gluten free)

 

Fourth

 

Valentine’s pavlova with mango curd, passion fruit,

whipped cream, raspberry coulis, fresh tropical fruit compote, and

vanilla bean meringue (gluten free)

or

Theo dark chocolate hazelnut cheesecake,

chocolate crust, gianduja drizzle, chocolate disc

 

and rose petals (available vegan and gluten free)
